STEP 2:
Choose your availability!
Please choose any available date + time! You also have the option to add on other cool items such as Charcuterie Board & Games into your picnic packages! Don’t be shy!
STEP 3:
Fill out the client intake form!
Please read through carefully and fill out the booking form the best as you can! Once you filled out the form, click “complete appointment” and you’re done! Picnic Pleasure will be sending your a confirmation email to secure your booking so make sure to check your emails after! All deposits must be paid via Venmo, Zelle or Paypal to secure your booking!
1. For the payment method, we accept Venmo, Zelle, or Paypal. Please let us know your preference. If you would like to go ahead with this booking, we require a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure the booking and a $50 security deposit in case of loss or damage done to the equipment during your reserved hours of the picnic. A total of $100 will be due in order to secure the picnic. The security deposit will be refunded back to you in the original payment method within 2-3 business days after your picnic.
Please note that you will NOT be able to take home any of our table decorations, floral glass vase and charcuterie boards.
*Please send in the deposits within 2 business days after receiving this email. If not, we are obligated to cancel the booking due to the high volume.*
2. Please let us know what the occasion is so we can best prepare for the picnic!
3. Please provide the full address of the park/beach you would like to have your picnic at. There is a mileage fee of $2 per mile after the first 13 miles. We are located in Fullerton (92833) so once we receive the full address we will let you know the final balance. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding the location/mileage.
4. Cancellation Policy: Deposits are required to secure your booking. If, for some reason you need to cancel, please let us know 2 days before the picnic date. We will reimburse 50% from your final payment (if paid full) with the refundable security deposit. Failure to notify Picnic Pleasure for cancellation or no shows, unfortunately, we cannot refund back the deposits. We understand things may come up last minute, but please communicate with us as we are a service business that requires days in advance of planning
5. Once we have received the deposits, we will send you another email confirming the picnic.
